Designs are painted on German Zweigart 100% Cotton Mono Mesh, the highest quality material in the market.
Our luxurious threads are carefully and consciously selected, ranging from 100% Silks, 50/50 Merino Wool/Silk Blend to Fyre Werks metallics.

Ancient History
Deriving from a technique engineered by the Ancient Egyptians, needlepoint is a luxurious art form that has been passed down for generations. However, needlepoint is fairly endangered.
Although it has withstood time, it has lost its groove and we’re on a mission to change that. While there are several reasons why I started this line, at the end of the day, my goal is to inspire peers to help insure it doesn't go extinct.
Notable patrons of this productive past time: Sally Field taught Julia Roberts to needlepoint on the set of Steel Magnolias. She and Cameron Diaz are known celebrities to creatively craft away time between takes. Some other notable stitchers? Grace Kelly, Amy Adams, Mary Queen of Scots, Ali MacGraw, Lucille Ball and Taylor Swift!

Needlepoint allows you to chill the f out while connecting your head, your heart and your hands. On bed rest or recovering from an ACL surgery? Needlepoint is a perfect outlet to help you feel creatively empowered and micro active when the doctor says to rest.
Keeps your stress at bay by stitching for even fifteen minutes a day or on those you need it most. Incorporating needlepoint into your daily routine gets you in the habit of setting aside some time for yourself while tackling some tension in a healthy way.
The repetitive motion doesn't require too much attention so you can either focus on your surroundings or unpack your train of thought. I like to think of it as stitch by colors or a visual meditation of sorts.

We are committed to growing a creative community with a high social benefit as well as a low environmental impact by way of needlepoint. For every canvas sold, one tree will be planted by our reforestation partner, One Tree Planted, in support of various ecosystems around the globe.
Through this initiative, Brooke's designs have planted over a thousand trees in various regions such as Brazil, British Columbia, California, Colorado, Costa Rica, Florida, Ghana, Guatemala, Ecuador, Haiti, Indonesia, Kenya, Oregon, Peru, Tanzania, Vietnam, and The Amazon Rainforest.
Thorn Alexander donates a portion of profits and products to a variety of initiatives that empower education and our planet. These initiatives include Flying Kites, The Leo Project, Best Buddies, The National Women’s Law Center, Mission Blue, Exxpedition, Youth Build Boston, Kenyan Drylands Education Fund and The Vermont Community Garden
