So long, 2020 ✨ Show yourself out, Love ✨ Swirling around mantras and meditations of grief, sadness, acceptance and gratitude for the utter whirlwind 2020 has shown us. Inspired by the Neoclassical Era of the Renaissance, we’re throwing it back to Roman Numerals to honor and say “f**k you” to MMXX 💙 hoping for a healthier and kinder world on the horizon. Having spent a great deal of time studying Neoclassics and Old World aesthetics, it felt only fitting to repeat history in looking back to the ideologies of the Greeks and Romans after such a disastrous plague.
This piece can be stitched on 13 as a pillow or 18 as an ornament. It would also be fabulous to stitch to be framed, a pillow, a sunnies case, any visual reminder that moving forward, you possess great strength and resilience. For as much as we have endured, we have learned that we can climb any mountain if we keep moving forward. We can absolutely do hard things.
