There She Goes: Living At High Altitude

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

red-rocks-girl.JPG

This week has been a whirlwind — I don’t know about you but I feel inundated with news about the coronavirus and the updates leading up to the presidential primaries — so I think we all could use a few breaths and uplifting news 😌.

This week I was able to get to the mountains and do a bit of hiking, and I also did a yoga class in downtown Denver. It feels good to move my body in familiar ways but to also be discovering new places and experiences. What is not familiar is the effects of high altitude living 😆 so I’m looking forward to more acclimation!

I’m serving up a new blog, some inspiration, and uplifting news. Please enjoy thoroughly!

New blog post!

I. Turn on a song that brightens your day and brings back good memories — then your only job is to listen, sign, dance, and feel joy through the music!

II. Carve out some time (even 5 minutes!) for yoga. If you’re feeling anxious, take a peek at this yoga for anxiety post I put together

III. Step outside & take a big breath in. Take a moment to notice how good it feels to simply breathe.
