One year ago I was here, at the Eiffel Tower in Paris! Certainly feels a little bit different to be in Colorado eating pancakes with my puppy, instead of sipping espresso with my friends & fiance, but both are pretty sweet 🥰.

I. At the end of the day make a “done” list of all the things you completed, reminding yourself how much work you put into the day!
II. In between meetings, calls, or action items, take a breath. Take a moment to tune in, check in on yourself, and see how you can best support yourself in the next part of the day. Maybe it means taking a break, getting some water, or acting on some motivation.
