I’m feeling energized by the beautiful weather here in Denver, the ability to virtually connect with friends all over the world, and the opportunity to create yummy summer meals & snacks!

This newsletter will share updates and uplifting things - so take a deep breath, and enjoy ☀️.

Again, thank you all for supporting this small business during this time of change! We are moving full steam ahead, trying to fulfill orders while upholding quality and working with the challenges still remaining. Brooke is hard at work painting orders, while Willie & Amanda are kitting current orders as well as prepping kits for an upcoming release! Can’t wait to share details with you all next week! PS. Isn’t it fun when you know everyone in this company by name? 😆 Only four of us total!

Set Aside Some Time This Week For Some Self-Care
I. Have an at-home dance party! No need for flashy lights or sound system - use what you have and dance your way through your home! I recommend this not only because it’s fun but also because dancing is proven to decrease stress and boost happiness.
II. If you’re on social media, I challenge you to unfollow 3 accounts/people today that you know are not bringing you joy. For example, one of the accounts I parted ways with was an account that posted news headlines 5-10 times a day. I realized I was not able to choose for myself when and how I consumed news, so we’re on a little break right now 😄.
III. Pick your favorite uplifting quote and put it as your phone background or sticky note it to your mirror, so you can see it often!
