Set Aside Some Time This Week For Some Self-Care
I. Drink water. Friends! If you live in an area that experiences seasons, you may be less eager to drink water as the world around you gets chilly with winter weather. That said, it is even more important to be intentional about drinking water. Try adding lemon or lime for a dash of taste, and a nice cup of hot water with lemon & honey is also a great choice in the morning/at night ❤
II. Quality > Quantity. I encourage you this week to focus on the quality of your time and actions. When you are with friends and family, put your phone down and tune in. When you are hitting the gym, practicing yoga at home, or going for a relaxing walk, put your worries aside and tune in. When you have a few moments to breathe and take it all in… do. it. See if you can pump a little more quality and “tuning in” into your day and see how you feel!
II. Meditate on your limitless potential as you stitch. Use your stitching time as some serious you time to recognize your ability to create and make progress, stitch-by-stitch.

Uplifting Things Happening Around The World
I. Check out these innovators featured in Forbes that are “Making Food-On-The-Go Better For People And The Planet.” My personal favorite is Ends + Stems, which helps you meal plan and reduce food waste!!!
II. A little over a month ago I announced the launch of “Annie’s Three Good Things Project” and — guess what!— friends, family, and even those I’ve never met have exhibited such generosity 🙏 We’ve raised over $3,000 for Comfort Zone Camp, and we still have one initiative to go! Kindness is never wasted.
III. Autism Speaks and Cherry Hill Programs created a “Santa Cares” program, which is making it easier for kids with autism to visit Santa! Malls are opening early to for children to come in and meet the big guy, avoiding the hectic crowds.
