There She Goes: A Moment to Pause

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

girl-sunglasses-outside.JPEG

Spring is here and allergies are forever 😜 . Anyone else getting blessed with lots of pollen? I guess this is what happens when you move to a new place! Otherwise settling into Denver has been lovely. Since I spend most days home, I get crafty in the kitchen, find joy simply watching pups walk by the window, and have carved time for movement on my mat. You can actually flow with me 3 days a week on Instagram Live or Zoom! If you'd like to join on zoom, send me an email or a private message on Instagram.

We have lots of updates and uplifting things packed into this newsletter. Take a deep breath, and enjoy ☀️.
