There She Goes: The Indoor Positivity Journey

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

If you haven’t checked it out yet, take a moment to visit this blog post chock-full of things to make you feel good, feel informed, and opportunities to help during this time.

This past week I’ve been trying to make the most of my apartment and the hours in the days. As an outdoorsy extrovert, quarantining has not come naturally. Still, I believe in the importance of staying home and doing my part to contain the spread of this virus. Whenever I feel down I remind myself of the people fighting on the front lines, I remind myself of friends & family members that are immunocompromised, and I remind myself that I am a flexible & adaptable human… and then I start stitching my latest project 😊

During this time, self care & community are uber important. I hope that this newsletter continues to brighten your week and remind you that you are part of a tight-stitched community 💙

Set Aside Some Time This Week For Some Self-Care

I. Don't over-indulge in the news! It’s important to be educated but be aware of your own tipping point when you’re consuming too much pandemic information.

II. Start a positivity journal. Think of something positive then take it one step further by writing it down.

III. Continue doing these big 3 things —Exercise (at home or outside), maintain a nourishing diet, & get a good night's rest.
