There She Goes: Welcoming in April
Hello & Happy Wednesday!
Ok guys, it happened. My fiancé is hooked on needlepoint. Typically he writes code & bakes sourdough bread but last week he broke ground on a new project — stitching a Thorn Alexander Bison canvas (see photo for reference, some of you may recognize this canvas from even the little bit you can see)!
Now the two of us spend our evenings stitching quietly or pair it with a climbing movie or Jimmy Fallon:At Home Edition. He now believes that needlepoint is something that more software developers should do and I’ve spotted him at his desk reviewing code, his canvas sitting beside him 😍.
I’ve definitely been feeling grateful lately for my stitching project as an alternative when I want to reach for my phone can check out the news. I am sending you all warm energy as we enter a new month!
