There She Goes: May May Bring A Little Sunshine To Your Life

Hello & Happy Wednesday!

Wow — Can you believe that we are entering the month of May? Brooke and I have many exciting things planned for this month and hope that it will bring some light to your upcoming days.
Keep an eye on my Instagram or Blog for an exciting post I’m releasing on Friday.

This past weekend I did a virtual retreat with a few friends and friends of friends. I wasn’t sure what to expect and I almost didn’t join because the day-of the retreat I was feeling a bit of and was craving some me time. At the last second I did join and I’m so happy I did! We meditated, journaled, and practiced yoga. We also talked as a group about some of the things we were struggling with and what we wanted to commit to (such as self care) in the next few weeks. It was a really cathartic experience and made me feel closer to my friends as well as my self.

In the next week, I encourage you to be open to new experiences, to connections, and to picking up the phone. Reach out when you need it, lend an ear when someone you love needs it, and try to infuse joy into each day. I hope that this newsletter sparks some of that joy 😄.

I. Get your journal out and write down a few of your fears you want to set free and positive affirmations you’d like more of in your life!

II. Take a moment to listen to spring coming to life. As May unfolds, nature awakens and in some cases is quite loud 😆. Have you taken a peaceful moment to tune in?

III. Design a mindful morning ritual. This week I shared my Morning Ritual In A Cup 💜
